Carving tips for this stencil
- The fangs are narrow points at the bottom of the mouth. Saw into each point from both sides rather than turning the blade in the tip.
- Difficulty: Easy. Fine for a first pumpkin.
- Usually cut small inner pieces before big outer ones, so the pumpkin stays strong while you work.
- Choose a pumpkin with a smooth face at least 9 inches across and thin the wall behind the design from the inside.
