Carving tips for this stencil
- Cut the round eyes and nose in short strokes, turning the pumpkin as you go, so they stay round.
- Difficulty: Easy. Fine for a first pumpkin.
- Usually cut small inner pieces before big outer ones, so the pumpkin stays strong while you work.
- Choose a pumpkin with a smooth face at least 9 inches across and thin the wall behind the design from the inside.
