Carving tips for this stencil
- The outline is three long curving cuts with small gaps of pumpkin between them. Keep the gaps, and turn the pumpkin so you always saw toward you.
- Difficulty: Easy. Fine for a first pumpkin.
- Usually cut small inner pieces before big outer ones, so the pumpkin stays strong while you work.
- Choose a pumpkin with a smooth face at least 9 inches across and thin the wall behind the design from the inside.
